SafeZoneAlert is designed to provide hands-free safety alerts near school and playground zones. We built it with a simple promise: your data stays on your phone.

Summary

• No ads.
• No tracking analytics SDKs.
• No selling or sharing of personal data.
• Zone detection and alerts are intended to run locally on your device.

Data we access

To detect when you’re near a child-safety zone and play alerts, the app may access:

• Location (approximate or precise), including background access if you enable it.
• Motion/activity signals (if enabled) to help determine when you’re driving.

Data we collect, store, or share

• We do not collect or store your location history on our servers.
• We do not share personal data with third parties.
• Any processing needed for alerts is intended to happen on-device.

Retention & deletion

Because we don’t collect personal data on a server, we do not retain location histories. If future versions add optional features that store data, this policy will be updated before release.

Children’s privacy

The app is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Important responsibility disclaimer

SafeZoneAlert is an assistive tool only and does not replace your responsibility to obey posted signs, speed limits, and traffic laws, and to drive attentively in real-world conditions.
